Can I change milestones or rewards after I launch?
Yes. Edit milestones, tier thresholds, welcome reward amount, and automation toggles anytime. Existing members keep their visit counts — only future earnings reflect the new config.
What happens if I pause my Growth subscription?
Your loyalty program pauses cleanly — no new enrollments, no auto-rewards fire, and active gifts in members' wallets are marked expired so you're not on the hook for ongoing obligations. Re-subscribe and everything (milestones, members, tier config) comes back intact.
Do my customers need a separate loyalty app?

What does "auto-enroll on redemption" do?
When a non-member redeems a deal at your business, they're automatically enrolled in your loyalty program AND receive the welcome credit — the same atomic step. Your deal traffic becomes loyalty signups for free.
How are birthday rewards delivered?
A daily cron at noon UTC scans for members whose birthday is today (and whose business has birthday rewards enabled), issues a store credit, and fires a celebration notification in their wallet. Idempotent per-year — runs twice on the same day, fires once.
Is loyalty included in Starter?
